Said PAO Team has a PA NCO who tends to be the 'lead' PA person for the SMA, as it would be a weirder dynamic to have the 'point man' be an Officer. They are obviously part of a larger group of PAOs who work the ASL (Army Senior Leaders) Offices. So the PAO account is a verified account, but is representative of the Office of the SMA's PAO team.
