Senator gear can drop for every school, but you don't need to farm Storm gear, your storm will probably get enough. I think there may be a predisposition towards your school though. You only speak to Silenus once (after you complete Mt. Olympus the first time). You indicated that you have completed Mt. Olympus five times already....you probably already talked to him a long time ago. That's a reasonable number of attempts for a low level boss. Hades and Waterworks gear often take a lot more tries and they are much longer harder dungeons. Zeus is easily done with a low level party or soloed with a mid-level wizard.
