Mar 6, 2020 · Hi all, I’m having difficulty setting up my internet service. My modem is a CM1000 and I can’t connect to xfinity’s activation page. My computer is able to connect to the modem directly via Ethernet, I am being allocated a WAN IP (running ipconfig on my laptop), I can ping my default gateway, but any internet request won’t go through.
