No major squeaking or issues. It's a decent chair, but I'm 5'6 and the way the upper back flexes hits me more around the neck versus under the shoulder blades. Wasn't super comfortable. I had switched to the Leap 2 from a Leap 1. The Leap 1 had better cushioning in the seat and armpads, but the Leap 2 adjusted better.
