Data Collection . In RRECS, what (and how) a route is delivered daily determines its evaluation. I have done my best to distill and simplify the essential data.

RRECS Depends on walk distance to gather mail, number of trays of DPS, number of trays of FSS. There is no time standard for other mail prep, like dumping sacks, so I'm not sure how a carrier wlll be credited. Also no time credit for withdrawing "raw mail" or prebundled flats. Not sure how that will be counted.

Under RRECS you get roughly a minute per piece. If you have beaucoup postage due, you could make some time. Even a lowly table 2 step 1 will be paid about 30 cents per postage due piece.
