Try Start button instead of PS button. PS button just opens the PS menu, not necessary pausing the game in the meantime. Start button will pause most games even in cutscenes. Logically, online games can not be paused. My biggest fear lol. Pressing the start button during a cutscene is a gamble at this point lmao.
