No one has been able to fix. I've even tried to factory reset, but still no luck. Steps I've tried so far: Reset phone. Reset network settings. Reset all settings. Cleared Data/Cache of Voicemail app., Reboot phone. In Phone app, dial #793# which will reset your voicemail. In Phone app, go to Settings > Call Settings > Voicemail. Enable visual voicemail (if not enabled) Call voicemail (long press #1 in phone app) and set your password, name and message. I do not have a device-specific app for visual voicemail.
