My honest review (despite this): look / style I love. Comfort is 3-4/5 (back hits my heel, so I'll have to wear band-aids to start). The return process is a nightmare if you end up with the wrong size (and no free returns - it'll cost you about $20-30). Beyond this cost, they want you to literally fill out 4 forms for the return.
