This report is sent to the VA disability rating officer. My personal opinion is if you can be seen by a VA medical professional, over a QTC examiner that is a much better evaluation. Numerous clients call me complaining about their QTC examinations. Do not yell, or get into any type of an argument with either a QTC or a VA employee.

For the initial claim, I have submitted everything the VA has asked and am pleased with where it is at in the process (review). However, the Secondary Claim is being postponed based on a conversation I just had with LHI.
