Why not just have a tuner make you a tune with the lb7 idle and if you want a throatier sound put an aftermarket down pipe. It gets rid of most of the hissing sound the vvt's make.The Y bridge i have has a machined grove in the faces where it meets the intake and the seal is held on both sides so it cant move once torqued down to the engine. You will need some heater hose to bypass the coolant. and then either blocker plates or a new boost tube for the cold side. pro fab makes a few nice products as far as the boost tube side., The LB7 bridges are actually larger inside than the LLY's, and they do have the same flanges so mating to the LLY intake runners is not a problem.
