The local dealer cleaned and eventually replaced the carb. problem was fixed, or so I thought. Now I have to engauge blades at full throttle or the engine will die.Use a 1/16" drill bit to drill a hole in the top center of the small freeze plug on top. Then use a pick or small diameter tool to insert through the hole in order to pry the freeze plug off. Underneath you'll see the hidden screw.
