Isx blowing coolant out overflow but not overheating

Coolant Leaking out of Overflow Tank--HELP!! Hey i have a 1996 XLT with about 3000 miles on it. I just bought it from a cousin of mine and everything seems to run out fine on it. However, in the few miles i have been able to put on it this early in the season i have noticed leaking coolant coming from the top of my overflow tank.

It isn't a Polaris and you shouldn't have to worry about the temp much. Scratches down in low snow, let it cool if the temp light comes on. The caps can leak, you probably have that fixed by bending the tabs a little. Looks like you'll be at around $7 for the cap and $25 for the tank. Replace the radiator cap and keep a consistent eye on the temp gauge. Also - be sure to bleed it properly - these engines are notorious for being difficult to bleed and get all the air out of, though usually they overheat if that's the issue. Do not let it overheat.
