It is most definitely not 100% accurate however it do know more people who it's worked for than not. Don't let the fact that you got all 145 questions freak you out!

However, it is a fairly good indicator to what a student’s result actually is. In my experience, the trick worked for everyone from my nursing school who tried it. If you’re worried about using the trick, but still want your results? The bad pop-up is not accurate. Students have reported getting the bad pop-up and then still passing the NCLEX. The best thing to do is pay for the quick results or wait until the official results come out.
