But some were rated higher depending on it's application. 1989 was not a high horsepower maybe 230 or torque motor if I recall correctly. I had 4 bolt 350 with stroker to 383. 300 hit on a 509 (engine dyno) hp motor. Got a crack and called Dart for new block. 250 hit, lasted many years. 300 hit lasted 5 weekends. That was my 3400lbs 10.10-9.95 135mph Nitrous combo. Like.
