Recently I bought a BlueDriver OBDII scanner to read an intermittent blinking "D" light on my dash, which produced the code P0741 ("Torque Convertor Clutch Circuit Performance/ Stuck Off") and P0700 ("Transmission Control System Malfunction"). The CEL has never been on or blinking, just the "D" light.
