Invert the air horn upside down so that the weight of the float is resting on the needle & seat. NOTE: Do not put pressure on the needle. This can cause damage to the viton tip. Measure the distance from the top of the float to the float stop. Use the specification provided in the carburetor kit instruction sheet., Adjusting the float level an a Holley 94 is the same as 2100, 2110 & AA-1. Get our instruction sheet which includes the float settings on this carburetor here. Test the float for leaks by heating up some water just prior to boiling. Immerse the float and look for any bubbles. Replace the float.
