Trails Hiked. Frozen Heather Lake. Just two other cars when we left the parking lot at 8:30 on this cold Monday morning. Trail was very rough, rooted, water flowing over it, and frosty in places. Makes the two miles to the lake feel much longer. We walked around the lake counter-clockwise. There are many boardwalks on the loop around the lake.
