i have a 2005 freightliner columbia, i have a code 136-013-5 for brakes power unit retarder control relay current below normal or open circuit. im am unable to use cruise control while driving but can raise RPMs at idle when parked. Im wanting to fix the ABS light to see if thats whats keeping my cruise from working.
