Of the exotics I'm missing, there are the 2 glaives and cloudstrike that I can go grind. That leaves 3 that I have to either get from raids/dungeon by getting lucky, or I have to get with an exotic cipher. It's just random drop at end of the Wellspring activity. The one you are referring to is the Auto Rifle and Bow, which drop from Wellspring too (red border).
