Mariscos El Malecon is my go to seafood place, period. The grilled fish tacos make Rubios taste like a cheap imitation. Tostada Mixtos are gigantic portions of shrimp, scallops, and fish that are a complete meal in themselves. The Helpy was also recommended. It is an amazing blend of a creamy seafood dish unlike any I ever had.
