Dual blader build

In general elemental builds are going tk be way better than raw builds for Dual Blades because raw damage gets a bad multiplier (movement value - MV) due to the speed of the weapon. So for optimized endgame builds you would want a build for each element and choose the right one based on the monsters weakness in any particular hunt.
