Doordash account deactivated for no reason

Could be a glitch. I’ve seen drivers randomly deactivated and come to Reddit and say the same as you. Then reactivated after being told it was a mistake by DoorDash. Also some have had issues with personal accounts being seen as having 2 accounts. It’s more likely just a glitch.

While Doordash allows customers to easily refund orders for several reasons such as incomplete delivery, not following instructions, bringing a cold food, etc, they only do this to maintain their loyalty to customers, rather than creating a bad image for themselves.
