I interviewed at CSX (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2012. Interview. It was laid back 2 person interview with a train master and some recruiter guy. They were both cool. Most train masters are not laid back. I did not feel uncomfortable during the process. They asked very generic questions that did not required an elaborate answer.
