Report an Outage. We do everything we can to always keep the power on, but outages will inevitably happen from time to time. The AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) technology employed at Coastal Electric can and usually does determine if a meter is without power. It's important to let us know immediately when the power goes out.
