Armscor ammo problems

I had experience last year of a shooting exercise using Armalite rifles wherein the 5.56 ammunition produced by Armscor created some jams as the primers fell out of the shell primer pockets after firing. Must be a bad batch. About 3000 rounds at least. I have used .30M1 caliber ammunition but experienced no problems.

Never had any problems with this ammo. NJ. ... She was shooting a 38 Special revolver with Armscor ammo. One round had the bullet move forward enough the cylinder would not rotate. I was able to push the bullet back into the case enough to rotate the cylinder and clear the revolver. I advised her to use different ammo.This was with once-fired brass that I shot myself from factory ammo, so it hadn't been reloaded previously. I will say that I was able to take some unfired Armscor ammo and it plunked just fine, so I'm wondering if the factory loads are too much for whatever grade of brass they're using, causing some sort of distortion that isn't corrected with the sizing die...Being a bit shorter they cause problems in the G3, a Grand Power K100, Springflied XDM. All of them in 9mm. Now have Kel-tec pmr 30 twice the capacity and on a scale of 1-10 its a 15 now at 600+ rounds and all is good. note : I usually load 25 rounds per magazine which is 1/2 a box.The first box of 50, 3 Blown primers. Same range session I shot 50 of my brew with no problems. My reloads are made from Armscor preprimed brass and Armscor 40gr bullets w/ H110. I haven't run mine through a Chrono but w/ 11.2gr of H110 feels and sound about the same and the POI is close. For defense ammo, Speer Gold Dot shot fairly well but I would get an occasional premature slide lock with them. I've run 200 rounds of the more tapered Hornady XTP with zero problems
