Fisher age 65 passed away on Thursday November 17, 2022 at Robinson Memorial Hospital. He was born in Philadelphia Pa. on October 28, 1957 to the late Stanley and Faye Fisher. Steve was a graduate of Tallmadge H.S. class of 1977. He then graduated from Kent State University in 1985.
