The numbers I have include: (a)the casting number is 3970010, (b) there are two serial numbers on the front passengers side of the engine, these numbers are V0505TDR and C8F454789. I would really like to know cubic inches, horsepower and 4 bolt main or 2.I have the same casting 3970010. I think it is a 350, but it is in a 1978 Camaro LT that is supposed to have a 305. I tried looking up the number stamped on the pad by passenger side head under the alternator, but I can't find anything on it.
